PLS İnşaat A.Ş. was established in 2003. With wide-ranging experience in design and construction, we have successfully completed a number of projects ranging from airports and residential developments to office blocks and hotels.
That experience spans some of the region’s most demanding builds — from the Rixos Hotel in Belek and the Adnan Menderes Airport terminal in İzmir, to Club Beliza in Bodrum İçmeler, a trading building and houses in Moscow, and the Angora Houses in Ankara.
PLS İnşaat A.Ş. ensures that every project is completed to the highest possible standards, using only top quality materials. Customer satisfaction with the finished product is the company’s main objective.
The founder
Mehmet Pelesen was born in Bursa in 1960. He graduated from the Middle East Technical University with a degree in Mathematics in 1983, and taught mathematics at Çankaya University until 1993.
He then moved into construction, managing major Turkish companies and collaborating with Gazi University on health tourism projects. He established the concept of New Generation Houses to meet the expectations of the young generation.
Alongside his work in construction, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Turkish Basketball Federation.
